I'm thinking about buying the Martini's and Medicine set as I don't have any of the M*A*S*H DVD's and it'll probably work out cheaper for me to buy the Martini's and Medicine set than it would be to buy each season individually.

It'd probably work out a lot cheaper for you Lilly. Just a quick search on Amazon shows me that you can get it for as little as $95.86 (which is about £48.50).
I remember how annoyed M*A*S*H fans were when this was realeased and I think we had every right to be annoyed, as we were the ones who patiently waited for each individual set to be released and bought it bringing the total cost a lot higher than it would have been if they'd have released the Martini's and Medicine set to start with.
